As a current Capital One customer, you can switch to paperless statements through our website:

1. Sign in to capitalone.com.
2. Click on any of your open Capital One accounts.
3. Click Account Services & Settings.
4. Click Paperless.

FYI: You’ll need to have a valid email address on your account to enroll in paperless statements.

You can view your Capital One bank statements on our website and the Capital One Mobile app.

To view your bank statements on our website:

1. Sign in to capitalone.com.
2. Click the account for the statements you want to view.
3. Click on View Statements.

To view your bank statements on the mobile app:

1. Sign in to the Capital One Mobile app (text MOBILE to 80101 for a link to download the app).
2. Tap the account for the statements you want to view.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Statements.

Switching to paperless statements can help you reduce clutter and eliminate the risk of your statement getting lost or stolen in the mail. Plus, you can view your statements as soon as they’re available (compared to waiting days for the mail) and find recent transactions easier than flipping through paper statements.

To go paperless: Sign in to capitalone.com, click on any of your open Capital One accounts, click Account Services & Settings, then click Paperless.

Simply call 1-888-464-0727 between 8 a.m.-11 p.m, 7 days a week. If you turn off paperless less than 48 hours before your next statement date, your next statement will be electronic and all statements following will be paper.
