To go paperless: Sign in to capitalone.com, click on any of your open Capital One accounts, click Account Services & Settings, then click Paperless.
What if I want to turn off paperless statements?
Simply call 800-655-2265 between 8 a.m.-11 p.m, 7 days a week. If you turn off paperless less than 48 hours before your next statement date, your next statement will be electronic and all statements following will be paper.
