Used Volkswagen Beetle for Sale in Columbus, OH

The Volkswagen Beetle, or VW Bug, was created before World War II, but mass production didn't begin until 1945. The car came to the U.S. in 1949 and by 1959 was selling well. Although Volkswagen discontinued original Beetle sales in the U.S. before the 1980s, the automaker reintroduced the nameplate in 1998 as the New Beetle. A third-generation model arrived in 2011, and came in two-door coupe and convertible body styles. A  turbocharged engine was available. Volkswagen also created numerous special editions during the car's production run, which ended in 2019.
