Editor's note: For consistency, Capital One sought out currently advertised offers using a Southern California ZIP code. Southern California is the country's largest new-car market, and it is not served by independent distributors that may set their prices, lease programs, and financing deals.

If you’re considering leasing a new SUV this fall, you’ve come to the right place. Here are five lease deals between $200 and $400 a month (with the appropriate down payment) from Chevrolet, Nissan, Mazda, Subaru, and Ford. Each deal pairs economical monthly payments with a modern, competitive, and new SUV.

2023 Chevrolet BlazerChevrolet

2023 Chevrolet Blazer: $259 per month for 24 months, $2,989 down

Designed to compete with the Ford Edge, Hyundai Santa Fe, Honda Passport, and others, the Chevrolet Blazer blends Camaro-inspired styling with a mid-size SUV form factor. The most competitive lease offered on the Blazer applies to the basic front-wheel drive (FWD) LT trim. Shoppers looking for a competent and sporty-looking SUV can lease a 2023 Blazer for two years at $259 monthly, with $2,989 due at signing.

2022 Nissan RogueNissan

2022 Nissan Rogue: $359 per month for 36 months, $2,879 down

One of the top-selling compact SUVs in America, the Tennessee-built Nissan Rogue, got a complete redesign ahead of the 2021 model year. A spacious cabin and modern, well-executed tech combine to make the Rogue one of the most appealing options in its segment. This month, prospective lessees can get a 2022 Rogue S all-wheel drive (AWD) for three years at $359 a month with $2,879 down.

2019 Mazda CX-30Mazda

2022 Mazda CX-30: $229 per month for 30 months, $2,999 down

Mazda’s subcompact SUV offering, the 2022 CX-30, offers a great blend of affordability, sportiness, and upscale design. With sharp styling and thoughtful amenities inside and out, Mazda’s smallest SUV can even be optioned with a potent turbocharged engine and AWD. This month, shoppers are eligible to lease an AWD Mazda CX-30 in 2.5 S trim for 30 months at $229 monthly with $2,999 down.

2022 Subaru Forester TouringSubaru

2022 Subaru Forester: $285 per month for 36 months, $3,185 down

Even the lowest-price Subaru Forester comes with the added confidence of four-wheel-drive traction. The compact SUV also offers a bevy of available active safety features and a reasonably large cargo area. For October, Subaru offers lease deals of $285 a month for 36 months, with $3,185 due at signing on the 2022 Subaru Forester Base trim.

2022 Ford Bronco Sport OuterbanksFord

2022 Ford Bronco Sport: $400 per month for 39 months, $3,441 down

While it isn’t quite suited for rugged, technical trails, the Ford Bronco Sport balances on-road efficiency with dirt-road capability and a boxy design that makes it great for hauling bikes or camping gear. Despite commanding a price premium over the compact Ford Escape, there are still deals on the smaller Bronco Sport. Until the end of this month, Ford is offering a 39-month lease on the base-model 2022 Bronco Sport trims at $400 a month for 39 months with $3,441 down.
