The Polestar 2 is an electric five-door sportback luxury car. It is the second model in the Polestar lineup. If you think there is a connection between the Polestar 2 and Volvo, you’re not mistaken. Chinese conglomerate Geely owns Volvo, and Polestar was Volvo’s performance-tuning sub-brand. In addition, the Polestar 2 shares a corporate platform with the Volvo C40 Recharge and Volvo XC40. So, even though the Polestar 2 is made in China and marketed as something different than a Volvo, it carries a strong whiff of the Swedish marque in its styling, interior materials, and technology.
