Underwhelming

07/29/2024

Toyota has let faithful customers down. The car itself performs well, but the quality is severely lacking. The vehicle is plagued with rattles: the windows make wind noise and can’t be left partially open due to the risk of breaking, the doors rattle, the panoramic roof rattles, the center console rattles, and the roof panel rattles. Additionally, the driver’s seat squeaks louder than any other car I've owned. The transmission is clunky, and the throttle response is so delayed it feels like a safety hazard. On top of that, for $70k, you get a truck without app services unless you pay for a subscription, which feels like a blatant cash grab. I'm extremely disappointed with Toyota.

Terrible vehicle

08/06/2024

Sadly Toyota managed to screw one of the best vehicles in the market. Had issues with it from day one, back axel fell off at 3000 miles, front CV blown up at 18000 miles, engine rattling and oil leak at 28k miles final engine stalled and caught on fire. Terrible vehicle for 74k dollars. Now waiting at the dealer for new engine. Just don’t understand why they moved from v8 to v6 twin turbo

Would not buy again

07/29/2024

This Tundra is a nice truck but not worth the price. Maybe it's all new cars but it seems they've programmed your mom to be driving with you telling you when to take a break and when to brake. I was backing into a parking lot at a restaurant and it slammed on the brakes so hard that I thought I hit something. I jumped out only to realize that it was the truck that slammed on the brakes. I was frustrated. The cruise control is annoying and must turn it off all the time. I've turned off the driver assist which is also annoying and the FAKE engine noise they pipe into the speakers to make it sound like a V8. FAKE! The dealer would not turn off the fake engine noise, so I had to buy a device that would do it for me. I also turned off the annoying seat belt buzzer, a terrible noise, sorry mommy truck. Even though its a hybrid, the gas mileage is no better than my diesel dually which I'm going to get back and sell this truck. The seats are incredibly uncomfortable to travel over 100 miles. But, I do love the back window rolling down. The AC is under whelming and doesn't blow very hard. The step up into the bed is nice. Overall, this truck has some nice features but is so annoying that I'm selling it and getting my dually back. If you need your mommy to keep an eye on you while you drive, this is the truck for you.
