Nice looking vehicle
Tuesday, September 08, 2020
I finally got the 2020 Toyota Camry that I wanted. But after only six months the battery just went dead. This car is very nice looking and it's comfortable. After reading a lot of the other reviews on here with complaints about the battery, makes me realize, that this is a common issue. So, therefore it's not a reliable car. Especially if I don't know from one day to the next if my car is going to crank. That was my reason for getting a brand new car so that I could have reliable transportation. Seems like Toyota should address the issue. The service man at the dealer said that maybe something was left on or a door was left ajar.I didn't leave anything on or open. And that everything was fine. And that they charged up the battery instead of replacing it. After reading the comments on here I think what he said was a bunch of hogwash. I think it's just best for me to trade this in for something else. I thought that Toyota was supposed to be top of the line but from this experience I don't think so!

On-going dead battery issue
Friday, December 04, 2020
Bought the 2020 Camry SE for my wife. Beautiful engineering and styling BUT there is a big on-going and unresolved issue with the dead battery. We've had this car less than 6 months, very little mileage and the battery has gone dead twice. Each time it was taken to the dealer and both times they claim they do not know the cause. More than likely it is not the battery nor the charging system -- more than likely it's an electronic system that continues to draw substantial power after the vehicle is off. I have looked through the blogs and found many other people have complained about the same issue and all seem to be unresolved. Very frustrating.

500 miles car had to be towed in to dealer. Batter
Saturday, August 08, 2020
THe first 500 miles the car had to be towed in battery issues. By 900 miles three batteries later. Dealer can not find anything wrong, the dealer tried to charge me $602.00 for the new battery. The car had only 900 miles. I did not pay. Filed a complaint under the Lemon law!!
