WHO WE SERVE

Building resident-centered communities

Our Community Finance provides capital in the form of debt and equity investments that finances properties developed primarily through the federal low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) program.

The Fortune Society: helping returning citizens thrive

We're proud to work with organizations like The Fortune Society located in New York City. Its mission is to foster a world where returning citizens have a chance to thrive, mainly through low-threshold access to supportive emergency, transitional and permanent housing.
