On this page you will find the application forms and legal agreements for our Trade Finance Services product solutions. For each solution you plan to use, please access both the appropriate application form and agreement through the document links. If you previously submitted a signed legal agreement, it remains in effect for all future transactions. Thank you for your business.
Instructions:
Print and sign each document required and submit these to your Relationship Manager or other contact at Capital One. Legal agreements need to be signed once and are archived for future reference. Applications are an instruction to Capital One and are signed for each transaction.
If you are a new bank account holder or existing customer, print sign and submit the Authorization and Agreement for Treasury Services, available at the Treasury Management terms and conditions page.
Existing customers who have signed the Authorization and Agreement for Treasury Services do not need to sign it again as Capital One has retained your signed form.
If you are establishing or renewing a credit facility, contact your Relationship Manager to ensure you have received and signed all credit agreements required.
The signatures on all documents can vary but must be included on the list of authorized signatures on file at Capital One.
Please note that renewal of standby letters of credit and credit facilities are not guaranteed. We recommend contacting your Capital One Relationship Manager if you have any questions about the renewal process or should your needs change.
Also, please note that from time to time, Capital One may revise these forms and terms and conditions.
