The card has not be bad to use. However trying to get communication on a credit line increase hasn’t been the best.

1 year NO Upgrade yet.!
I first got this card because it says that they will upgrade to a regular credit card after 3-6 months and it’s now almost a year with it I made my full payments on time each month and nothing has happened yet no upgrade.! I called customer service and they can’t even answer why this has happened yet or do anything about it….

My understanding is that after one year the bank will give the mom back and give me the line of credit match for what I secured the card for.
