You can pay your Capital One credit card bill quickly and easily by simply sending “pay bill” to Eno.
Eno Jokes
Eno does more than just look out for you and your money — you can even get a funny joke whenever you need one!
Card control
Simply type “lock,” and Eno will help you get the process started. If you need to replace your card, just type “replace” and Eno will guide you through the card replacement process.
Just ask “transactions?” and Eno will show you a list of your most recent transactions.
If your card has rewards, Eno can tell you your rewards balance.
Just type “activate” and Eno will guide you through the card activation process.

Where can I chat with Eno?
Most Capital One customers1 can chat with Eno via text messages, in the Capital One Mobile app, or through online banking.
Certain bank accounts, credit cards, and debit cards may not be eligible to text with Eno or chat with Eno online or in the Capital One Mobile app. If you are not currently eligible to chat with Eno, rest assured that Eno will be rolled out to additional customers over time.
What can I ask Eno?
You can ask Eno a variety of questions about your Capital One accounts. Here’s a snapshot of the info Eno can provide:
Account balances
Available credit
Minimum payment amounts
Due dates
Recent transactions
Eno understands the way you talk and loves emojis. Want to check your balance? Type “balance please,” “Bal,” or even 🤑. Lost your card and need a replacement? Type “Replace lost card,” “Lost card,” or “Help! I can’t find my card.”
Eno can even brighten your day with a joke or two. Try “Eno, can you tell me a joke” or simply “joke.”
Before answering some questions, Eno may require you to sign into your account first. Eno may not be able to answer questions about all of your accounts, as certain bank accounts, credit cards, and debit cards may not be eligible to text with Eno or chat with Eno online or in the Capital One Mobile app.
What if I no longer want to chat with Eno?
Texting
If you don’t want to receive texts from Capital One anymore, including from Eno, just text “Stop.”
Online or in the Capital One Mobile app
You can exit out of your conversation with Eno at any time online or in the Capital One Mobile app.
Is chatting with Eno secure?
Texting
To enable texting with Eno, you have to first confirm your consent to receive text messages–which you can easily do by signing into your Capital One account with your username and password. Eno never exposes full account numbers over text. For added security, we recommend setting a passcode on your phone.
Online or in the Capital One Mobile app
Before you can start chatting with Eno online or in the Capital One Mobile app, you will first need to sign in using your username and password. For added security, we recommend setting a passcode for your desktop computer or your phone.
