You can cancel scheduled payments that haven’t started processing, up until 1 business day prior to your payment “Send on” date.
Payments that have been sent cannot be canceled or edited.
To cancel a payment:

Sign in to your account at capitalone.com or in the Capital One Mobile app.

Select "Pay Bills" or “Bill Pay,” depending on the platform you’re using.

From Overview, go to Scheduled payments and find the one you want to cancel. Select “…” to view actions you can take.

Select “Cancel payment,” then confirm the details.
