You can edit a payee's information through the website or mobile app.
To edit a payee’s information:

Sign in to your account on capitalone.com or in the Capital One Mobile app.

Select your checking account.

Select “Pay Bills” or “Bill Pay,” depending on the platform you’re using.

From Overview, go to Payees and find the one whose information you want to edit. Select “…” to view actions you can take.

Select “Edit payee info,” then make and save your changes.
