When your debit card is set to expire, we automatically send you a new one by mail.
Your debit card will continue working through the end of the expiration month. You should automatically receive a new card in the mail during the month your old card is set to expire.

You can request a new debit card online or in the Capital One mobile app by following these instructions. You can also request a new debit card by calling us at 1-800-655-2265.
