Remove billers in Bill Pay

Don’t need a biller anymore? Remove it through the website or mobile app.

To remove a biller through the website:

  1. Sign in to capitalone.com
  2. Click on your checking account
  3. Click “pay bills”
  4. Click on the biller you want to remove, then “delete”

To remove a biller through the mobile app:

  1. Sign in to the Capital One Mobile app (Text “MOBILE” to 80101 for a link to download)
  2. Tap on your checking account
  3. Tap “pay bills”
  4. Tap the icon to the right of the biller, then “delete payee”

Please note: If you delete a biller, any scheduled payments for this biller will be cancelled.
