Priority Pass membership includes a wide range of airport lounge benefits. These vary by airport but could include:

• Thoughtfully designed spaces for relaxing: Make yourself at home in well-appointed spaces designed for calm and relaxation. 

• Productive spaces for working: Use your time productively with free Wi-Fi and charging stations in most lounges. Some lounges also offer conference rooms for business meetings.

Eligible Venture X and Venture X Business cardholders get complimentary access to Priority Pass lounges. You can enter a lounge by showing your same-day boarding pass, ID and one of these Priority Pass credentials:

• Digital Priority Pass membership card: This card gives you instant lounge access upon enrollment. Find your Priority Pass card in the Priority Pass app or when you sign in to your online account.

• Physical Priority Pass membership card: You should receive your membership card in the mail within two weeks of enrollment.

• Capital One card: Venture X and Venture X Business cardholders can use their card as one of their credentials. 

The process to activate your Priority Pass membership depends on whether you’re a Venture X or Venture X Business cardholder. Here are instructions for both cards.

Venture X cardholders are eligible to enroll in Priority Pass after receiving their Venture X card in the mail. Here’s how to access your free membership: 

1. To activate Priority Pass, visit the Venture X Priority Pass page or follow the link from your Capital One Priority Pass welcome email.

2. Once you receive your physical Venture X card in the mail, enter the 16-digit number on the card—without any spaces or dashes—and then click Submit. 

3. Select your country of residence to continue.

4. Follow the steps to provide your address and create an account.

5. Enter your billing details. Don’t worry, you won’t be billed for your membership. These details will simply help identify you when you arrive at a participating Priority Pass lounge. 

6. Read and accept the membership declaration.

7. Click Join. 

Once you’ve enrolled, sign in to your account through the Priority Pass website or mobile app. Then, you can search for the airport of your choice to explore available lounges.

Venture X Business primary cardholders can enroll in Priority Pass by signing in to their qualifying Capital One account and clicking the link for their Priority Pass membership.
