Electric pickup trucks are dazzling dealerships across the country. With notable full-size trucks such as the Ford F-150 Lightning and the GMC Hummer EV enticing potential customers with their range, horsepower, and capability, alongside midsize options such as the Rivian R1T making a compelling case, the number of battery-powered pickups continues to climb.

Here's a look at every electric pickup truck slated to go on sale by 2025.

Blue 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV RSTChevrolet

Chevrolet Silverado EV

The Chevrolet Silverado EV breaks with full-size truck convention by going with a unique platform that combines elements of traditional pickup body-on-frame design with a more car-like blending of the cabin and cargo bed that makes its midgate opening between the two possible.

Featuring a somewhat shorter wheelbase than a gas-powered crew cab Silverado, the Silverado EV borrows its electrified bits from the GMC Hummer EV pickup. In top spec, the Silverado RST will deliver 754 horsepower and 785 pound-feet of torque from a pair of electric motors, and will offer up to 10,000 pounds of towing capacity.

Range for the electric truck is said to be 440 miles per charge, and Chevrolet plans to put it on sale during the first half of 2024.

GMC Sierra EV

The GMC Sierra EV takes everything mentioned above and wraps it in a somewhat differently styled package. Sharing all of its platform and drivetrain details with the Silverado EV, the Sierra EV is intended to launch initially as the top-tier Denali Edition 1, which will match the mightiest version of the Chevrolet in terms of power, range, and capability. The vehicle will go on sale in summer 2024.

Blue 2024 Ram 1500 REVRam

Ram 1500 REV

The latest of the domestic "Big Three" pickup makers to unveil an all-electric option, Ram has largely followed Ford's example with the 1500 REV. This means that the full-size truck makes use of similar styling as the internal combustion versions of the Ram 1500, but swaps in a pair of electric motors and a large battery that will give it nearly 500 miles of driving range.

Ram has also stated that the REV features a chassis that is modified to accept a larger battery pack than what could be accommodated by the gas-only model's frame. The Ram 1500 REV is scheduled to arrive by the end of 2024.

Of all the vehicles on this list, Tesla's Cybertruck is the only one that is currently available, released in late November 2023. The Cybertruck delivers 120.9 cubic-feet of cargo capacity in its bed and 11,000 pounds of towing capability.

Tesla has advertised up to 470 miles of driving range on a single charge with a range extender, along with a 2.6-second sprint to 60 mph for the top Cyberbeast trim level.
